Fundamental accuracy
The heart of the FPG is a temperature-controlled saturator that generates a stable water vapor pressure (frost/dew point) in a closed circuit. An integrated sample pump ensures a continuous flow through the saturator, the sensors under test and the external sample gas connection. At equilibrium (saturation state), the saturator temperature and system pressure provide a frost/dew point reference value against which sensors can be compared and calibrated.
Areas of application
The FPG enables precise testing and calibration of dew point sensors, humidity meters and most types of hygrometers. Self-sufficient, compact and portable. The FPG can be used both in the laboratory and on site.
Flexible sensor adaptation
The FPG is designed to be compatible with all types of humidity sensors or hygrometers. The sensor ports on the front panel can easily be adapted to any type of dew point sensor. An external sample gas connection is included as standard. This makes it possible to connect additional reference standards or DUTs to the FPG.
Integrated PC
The device control is based on an integrated PC with SSD and a touchscreen interface. An external screen can also be connected via an HDMI cable. USB peripherals such as keyboard and mouse can be connected via the integrated USB hub. Third-party software additions, such as sensor calibration software, are available on request.
